• Q. Is there a parking lot?

  We have approximately 450 parking spaces on site. Parking is free for all visitors.

• Q. How can we access "CLASUWA NO MORI"?

  You can access "CLASUWA NO MORI" by car.
  -About 5 minutes from Komagatake Smart IC (Chuo Expressway).
  -About 15 minutes from Komagane IC (Chuo Expressway).
  -About 15 minutes from Komagane Station (JR Iida Line).
  -About 15 minutes from Komagane Bus Terminal.

• Q. Are there wheelchairs available for use?

  We have wheelchairs available at the Information Building (Center House), and CLASUWA SHOP. Please feel free to use at necessarily. Please return it to the nearest facility after use.

• Q. Is there Wi-Fi available to use?

  We have free Wi-Fi available for use. Please check SSID and password posted at the facility when using. Please note there are some places where it is difficult to connect to Wi-Fi, such as walking trails outside.

• Q. What is the weather like in Komagane City?

  Komagane City is located in the southern part of Nagano Prefecture, and has a relatively warm climate within the prefecture. However, it is cooler compared to urban areas such as Tokyo, Osaka, and Nagoya, and given there is a large difference in temperature during day and night, please bring an extra layer of clothing in addition to your daytime clothes.

• Q. Do you have accommodation facilities?

  We do not have accommodation facilities within CLASUWA NO MORI. Please check out "Hayataro Onsen", which is located at about 15 minutes by car from our facility. Please click here for more information.

About meals

• Q. Is there a place we can eat?

  We have RESTAURANT at NI NO KURA, and you can also enjoy light meals and snacks at MEAT DELI, CAFE, BAKERY, CLASUWA NO MORI KITCHEN, which are all located inside the FOREST RING.

  RESTAURANT: Provides original dishes using locally grown fresh vegetables and premium branded pork "Shinshu Juicy Pork".

  MEAT DELI: Offers light meals such as hot dogs and ham platters made with "Shinshu Juicy Pork".

  CAFE: Provides healthy morning and lunch plate using fresh vegetables.

  BAKERY: Bakes over 30 kinds of unique and delicious breads made from scratch everyday.

  CLASUWA NO MORI KITCHEN: Enjoy premium branded pork and fresh vegetables from MARCHÉ in BBQ-style.

• Q. Can I make reservations for dining facilities?

  We take reservations only for RESTAURANT. Please make reservations by phone.

  Other dining facilities do not take advance reservations.

• Q. Can I bring in food and drinks?

  Please refrain from bringing any food or drinks/alcohols into the facility.
  Exceptions are for baby food, allergy-friendly food, and hydration drinks.

Traveling with children and infants

• Q. Is there a nursing room in the facility?

  There are nursing room and diaper changing station in two locations: the Information Building (Center House) and at CLASUWA Marche.

• Q. Do you have kids menus and chairs for baby/kids?

  CLASUWA RESTAURANT offers some menus specifically for kids. All dining facilities have chairs for baby/kids.

Others

• Q. Are there guided tours of CLASUWA NO MORI?

  We currently do not offer guided tour at CLASUWA NO MORI.

• Q. Can I take a tour of the Yomeishu factory?

  Yomeishu Komagane Plant is located next to CLASUWA NO MORI, and you can freely have a self-guided tour inside the factory. You can park at the same parking lot as CLASUWA NO MORI.

  Yomeishu Komagane Plant Open Hours: 9:30-16:30 (last admission at 15:30), closed on every Wednesday.

• Q. Can I plan a group tour at CLASUWA NO MORI?

  Please contact us in advance for a group tour and/or coming by a chartered bus.
